Fair Housing Information

On January 7, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners of Bradford County, Florida adopted Ordinance No. 90-11, which established the policy of the County to promote equal opportunity to obtain adequate housing by all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, handicap or national origin.

This ordinance is available for public inspection at the Office of the Community Development Director located at 925-E North Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida 32091 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

Any aggrieved person may file a complaint of a housing discrimination act with the:
